Creating Multimedia Presentations

In addition to photos, clip art, and shapes, you can insert audio and video clips to enhance your presentations.

It is highly recommended that you store the PowerPoint presentation file and its associated audio and video files in the same folder.

When you take the multimedia presentation to a different computer to play, you should take the whole folder, not just the PowerPoint file.
