Activity – PowerPoint 5: Add Media Files

You need to submit this task – PowerPoint (Activity) 5 – with TEP021 Assignment 4: Recorded Presentation.
The task below is similar to PowerPoint (Activity) 4 that you have now completed, however, you will need to work with your PowerPoint (Activity) 3 file to complete this activity.

- Create a folder in the Documents of your computer and name it PowerPoint 5.
- Open your web browser and login to the TEP021 Learnline site.
- Download this audio file and this video file into the PowerPoint 5 folder you just created (right lick ‘audio file’ and/or ‘video file’, and select either Save as … or Save target as …).
- You will add media files to your completed PowerPoint 3 slides in this activity. Copy and paste YourName StudentNumber TEP021 PowerPoint 3 to the PowerPoint 5 folder.
- Right-click YourName StudentNumber TEP021 PowerPoint 3 in the PowerPoint 5 folder and select Rename to change the file name to YourName StudentNumber TEP021 PowerPoint 5.
- Double-click YourName StudentNumber TEP021 PowerPoint 5 to open it.
- Insert the music file onto the second slide and set the music to start Automatically when this slide begins.
- Insert a slide before the References slide and insert the video on the new slide.
- Resize the video to fit the height of the slide while keeping the video aspect ratio.
- Set the video to start When Clicked On.
- Set the music on the second slide to play across the slides but stop before the video (hint: use the settings in Animations).
- Play the slide show to ensure the music and movie play as intended.
- Construct a reference list in APA 7th Referencing Style for the audio and video on the Reference slide.
- Save and close your work.
- Upload the PowerPoint 5 folder to the TEP021 folder on OneDrive.
