4.1 Safety test

Once you have read and completed the activities in Parts 1, 2 and 3 you will need to demonstrate your knowledge by completing the online test below.  This test can be attempted multiple times if you are not successful on your first attempt. Your attempts will be recorded, so you must not use this for practicing before you complete Parts 1 to 3.
