Learning Outcomes
By the end of this unit, you will be able to:
- Identify approximately 30-40 plants
- Successfully identify at least 10 plant specimens by their Botanical name and common or language name
- Collect native and exotic invasive (weed) species
- Recognise and describe:
- Plant characteristics (Morphology –external parts, i.e. leaves, flowers)
- Plant names (Nomenclature)
- Plant function (Physiology)
