Interests and skills
Its now time to think about your interests and skills.
Interests
Interests are things that capture your attention and make you want to learn more about them. They are things that you may do regularly, or are planning to do.
Ask yourself:
-
- What do I like to do?
- What do I like to read or watch?
- What things make me feel happy or give me positive energy?
Who do you relate to most strongly? Who do you work most closely when you are relaxing and in your learning?
Skills
Skills are things that you can do well. While you have inborn attributes may contribute to your skills, skills are something you can learn and develop over time.
